It is recommended that the course is attended every two years.

Course introduction and safety brief.
Registration.
Confined space regulations.
Categories of confined spaces.
Properties of gases.
Brief overview of risk assessments.
Brief overview of Competant Person 1 role.
Emergency response arragements.
Escape protection, equipment theory practice rescue of causalities.
Overview of rescue equipment and gas testers.
Emergency first aid.
Wash up and end of course debriefing
