4 Day OFFSHORE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM MEMBER
Training for personnel required to serve as an Offshore Emergency Response Team Member that meets the OPITO Standard.
Prerequisite training
- None required. Please note to work offshore you will need to have either a current BOSIET or FOET certificate.

- Extinguishers and Wheeled Units
- Hose Management
- Foam and Foam Making Equipment
- Human Factors
- Team Functions
- Intro to Breathing Apparatus
- BA Search Procedures
- Heat and Humidity
- Non-Fire Incidents
- Detection/Fixed Fire Systems
- Fire Fighting/Rescue Exercise(Fire Module)
- Confined Space Rescue Exercise
Recommended refresher training
Holder should undertake Further Training in line with the Oil & Gas UK Guidelines.Course fees include:
- OPITO certification and registration - email only, delegates are asked to provide their email address, failure to do so will result in the certificate being emailed to the course booker
- Vantage registration
- Course certification in Log Book
